Only a few changes here and there in League One this season. Puma begin their co-partnership with Admiral at AFC Wimbledon, while promoted Portsmouth give Sondico some much needed exposure in the third tier. Puma's presence in League One is slightly increased despite Swindon Town and Chesterfield dropping to League Two at the end of last season. Plymouth Argyle's opposite direction of travel coupled with Rotherham United's fall from the Championship help to retain the German company's status quo.
Nike have lost two of their League One clients for 2017-18. Coventry City were sadly relegated and Charlton Athletic switched to Hummel, so just three teams now where the famous 'Swoosh' tick in the third tier. Fairing somewhat better are the Thai kit manufacturers FBT. With Doncaster Rovers gaining promotion from League Two and Scunthorpe United changing from Carbrini, FBT now find their presence moving up the league ladder having arrived on the British football scene last season.
Sheffield United's promotion to the EFL Championship means adidas have clubs competing in Tier 3 this season.
