World Cup of World Cup Kits (2018)
Format
Twenty-four kits were drawn into six First Round groups (A to F), four kits going into each. Within each group, every kit played the other three kits on a round-robin basis. Kits accumulated points for winning matches (see above) and these points were used to confirm the final placings in their relevant group. Where two or more kits were tied on the same number of points, 'Accumulated Vote Share Difference' is then taking into consideration.
Accumulated Vote Share Difference
After each 24-hour poll came to an end, a match result was established, for instance:
| Spain 1994 home | 58.2% - 41.8% | South Korea 1986 away |
In the above example, the Spanish kit would collect three points for the win and the South Korean kit would receive no points. Their points and 'vote share' percentages are recorded in their group table, thus:
| P | W | D | L | AVSF | AVSA | Pts | Diff | ||
| 1 | Spain 1994 home | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 58.2 | 41.8 | 3 | +16.4 |
| 2 | South Korea 1986 away | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 41.8 | 58.2 | 0 | -16.4 |
After all three First Round games, the percentage shares, both for and against each kit are totalled from each game, along with the difference between the 'for' and 'against' amounts. In the event of a tie-break, this 'difference' amount will be used to separate kits into their appropriate positions within a First Round group.
